SHELL KNOB RV VILLAGE BUYING/SELLING INFORMATION

Disclosure process. Potential new Owners are to verify they have received copies of the Covenants and By-Laws.
Before Selling or Buying: All potential sales must be submitted to the board with details concerning if the sale is with or without the existing RV and the age of the proposed RV. If parties are asking for any exception from the Covenants, the Board with present to all the lot Owners for Approval or Rejection.
All RVs meeting the age restriction must be in good condition for approval.
Decks, carports, or structures: Before building a deck, covered canopy over the RV or placing a carport on the lot, it should be brought to the Board prior to starting. To keep the integrity of the Village we want to make sure no digging is done in a manner that may penetrate the water or sewer lines and that structures do not encroach on the neighboring lot. Materials that do not weather or need maintenance are preferred.
Yard and Tree Maintenance: If lot owners do not participate in the POA yard maintenance and weeds, unkept lawn becomes an issue there will be a fee. Rates may change annually.

2024 rates:
a. Mowing $50
b. Trees maintenance/removal $150 per hour
c. Weed spraying $50
d. Other fees may apply if you need assistance on your lot.
